QUALIFICATIONS
Dr. Sankaranarayanan specializes in the development and application of hydrodynamic and pollutant transport models simulating transport processes in marine and fresh water systems. He has been involved in the development of accurate and efficient numerical schemes for solving hydrodynamic and pollutant transport problems on curvilinear grids. He has also calibrated and validated the developed hydrodynamic models with data obtained from the field.
